At 214 nm the amide bond dominates the response, so a peptide impurity is seen roughly in proportion to its size. 99.93 % on this detection is the conservative reading; a 280 nm trace would flatter it.
label_claim
A retail vial is also a test of the label. Declared claim 10 mg against what the gravimetry recovers is a question only a purchased vial can answer honestly.
counterion_mol
acetate at 3.53 % is not peptide, and a claim stated as gross fill includes it. That single ambiguity accounts for most of the gap between 10 mg and 8.90 mg.
