-2.8 ppm at this mass is a clean identity confirmation. With retention at 14.56 min, Cagrilintide is established as the species measured. Note what it does not exclude: a mass-identical diastereomer, which no mass measurement of any resolution can.

Mass at -2.8 ppm establishes identity but not content. Absolute content needs a standard or an orthogonal quantitative method, and neither is a mass spectrometer.
