A chromatogram bears on endotoxin not at all. Purity, identity, content and water can all be excellent on material carrying a substantial burden, and nothing on this page would show it.
The index records the absence rather than imputing a value. An unmeasured property is unmeasured, and the specification block above says so explicitly.
Filtration at 0.22 µm removes organisms and not endotoxin. Endotoxin removal needs ultrafiltration or affinity adsorption and neither is routine at this scale.
If this material is going anywhere near a cell culture, endotoxin is the parameter that will ruin the experiment before purity does. That is a laboratory-planning point rather than a finding about the lot.
