Retail certificates in this index carry a retest date more often than they used to. It is the field that turns a release figure into a statement about the material over time.
Retail purchases test the retail channel. Manufacturer-tier material bought at kilogram scale is a different product with different documentation, and this index sees very little of it.
Instrument was evidently in calibration on the day. A run of results at this accuracy across a laboratory's sequence is the background against which an excursion becomes interpretable.
Hindered couplings are where a synthesis loses purity, and the deletion products they leave are the first thing to look for. On this record they are not there in quantity.
99.40 % on Semaglutide sits at the top of what this index sees. Read it with the method: Janoshik ran a 30 min gradient here, and the compound fingerprint names a mass-identical species that a shorter run folds into the main peak. On this gradient the figure is well founded.
Two laboratories with different gradients will resolve a close pair differently and report two honest, different purities. Neither is wrong and the difference is not a disagreement about the material.
