Before treating 98.20 % as a process finding, check what it is being compared against. The index specification assumes the reference gradient; a figure taken on a different method is not automatically comparable to it.
scale_up_delta
Purity commonly falls a few tenths between pilot and production scale, and a result below a laboratory-batch figure is the most ordinary thing in this dataset. Comparing a commercial lot against a research-batch certificate compares two different processes.
Where the nearest species is a diastereomer of SS-31 (Elamipretide), resolution is the only thing that separates them at all — no mass measurement will. The compound fingerprint states what is achievable and on what method.
