A beta-aspartyl isomer sits a tenth of a minute away and is mass-identical. That is the archetype of a pair where resolution is a compound property and no rule should adjudicate it.
Restricting every supplier comparison to buyer-sourced records is the sensitivity analysis the scorecards publish. On the current dataset it changes no ordering that was not already inside measurement noise.
Even a perfectly blind purchase is a lot somebody chose to test. Provenance fixes one selection problem and leaves the other standing.
